Issue Importing/Export payroll control Dataport - Data Issue
Solution
 When the system exports the data it will export all information but when it is imported there is validation that occurs that will block the reimport till the data is cleaned up.

When the payroll data is exported using the import/export dataport found in the periodic activities on the payroll menu a issue can occur when loading the data back in.

The two sections that will give you problems are:

- Payroll Reporting Authority
        - Could have a line were the first field is empty.  This will cause a error.

- Rep. Auth. Filing Status
        - Could have a reporting authority with a empty filing status.
        - Example [ 'FEDERAL',' ].
        - This will cause an error.
