To purchase RUX Apps and addons, contact RUX Sales to start your subscription and obtain your license. Installed RUX Apps will be added to the RUX Apps and Addons(ODT Apps and Addons) page used to manage licensing.
How to use the RUX Apps and Addons(ODT Apps and Addons) page
Subscription licenses for all RUX apps installed in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment can be managed from this page. This page provides the means to enter your license keys, manage your subscriptions, assign users and increase your subscription quantity.
1. Click on Refresh Subscription to check for changes.
2. Click on Validate Subscription or enter your license key in the License Key column to validate your license.
3. For user-based apps like RUX Rentals and RUX Service, select Purchase Additional Users to add user licenses to the Purchased License Qty. IMPORTANT: This will update your subscriptions and billing will also be adjusted accordingly. You can also manage your subscriptions from the RUX web shop. RUX EFT is an example of an environment-based app (licensed for the environment and not per user). This step does not apply to environment-based apps.
4. Click on Manage Assigned Users or on the Assigned Qty to assign user-based license keys to use the related RUX App. This applies to user-based apps only.
